Egg Masala

Ingredients:
1. Eggs
2. Onions
3. Tomatoes
4. Green chilies
5. Ginger-garlic paste
6. Turmeric powder
7. Red chili powder
8. Coriander powder
9. Garam masala powder
10. Salt
11. Oil
12. Coriander leaves (for garnish)
Steps:
1. Boil eggs and peel them.
2. Sautee onions until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and saute until fragrant.
4. Mix in turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook briefly.
5. Add boiled eggs, and coat them in the mixture.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve with rice or bread.
